A short, plain-language summary of the rules for using BARFRAME: what you can upload, how credits work, and what AI output obligates you to label.
Your content and permissions
Only upload portraits and lyrics you own or have explicit permission to use. BARFRAME does not grant rights to anyone's likeness or music. You are responsible for the content you submit and for any output you publish.
Credits, payments and refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not a subscription. Paid generation reserves credits before the provider starts and captures them only after a finished video is stored. A definite provider failure releases the reserved credits; uncertain results stay reserved for manual review rather than being retried automatically. Refund and payment-dispute decisions are reviewed against the Stripe transaction and any generation already charged.
AI output and labeling
Every performance is AI-generated. When you share a video, you agree to identify it as AI-generated. You may not present BARFRAME output as real footage of a real person's performance.
Showcase sharing
Public sharing is optional and off by default. If you opt in, anyone can view the finished video and hear its audio; the showcase never publishes your source photos, prompt, lyrics text or account details separately. You can withdraw permission from My sessions, which removes the listing but cannot recall copies already accessed by others.
Service availability
BARFRAME is an early-access product. Google sign-in, credit purchases and live generation each have independent operator switches and may pause without changing your stored credit balance. Model access and content review remain subject to fal, MiniMax and Seedance policies — uploading a photo does not guarantee a provider will accept it.
