Prices are charged in USD by Stripe. Credits are added only after Stripe's signed payment confirmation reaches the server. Failed or uncertain generations keep their credits reserved until support reconciles the provider task.

How does the free trial work?
Each signed-in account can start one successful free MiniMax 480p, 5-second, vertical solo video. A provider failure can be retried once, but a successful trial cannot be used again. The operator also applies a daily trial safety budget.
When are credits deducted?
Credits are reserved before a paid provider request and captured only after the finished video is safely stored. A definite failure releases the reservation. If the provider result is uncertain, the credits stay reserved and the task is marked for manual review rather than retried automatically.
Can I get a cash refund for unused credits?
Credit packs are one-time purchases and are not a subscription. Refunds and payment disputes are reviewed against the Stripe transaction and any generation already charged. This page cannot change a payment state or add test credits.
Why is my video private?
Finished videos use short-lived private playback links. A video appears in the public showcase only when you opt in during generation and the operator approves it. You can withdraw showcase permission from My sessions.
