Customer support
Email [email protected] for account access, payments, missing credits, generation failures and refund requests. Include your account email, order or video reference and a description of the issue. Never include passwords, full card numbers or security codes.
Report harmful content or infringement
Send reports to [email protected] with the subject Content report. Include the video or page link, the concern, relevant evidence and how we can contact you. Rights holders should identify the copyrighted work or trademark and their authority to report it. Reports involving child exploitation or credible threats are treated as urgent review matters; for an immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
We manually review reports and can hide public showcase listings while investigating. We may request more information and take proportionate action under our content review and enforcement terms. We do not guarantee that every video is reviewed before it is generated or published. For an appeal, email the same address with the original reference and supporting information.
Privacy and account requests
Use the same support email for privacy questions and deletion requests. We may ask you to verify account ownership before making changes. See our privacy policy.
